Colonel’s Corner

 Hello cadets! We have had a pretty good year so far. We finished
our first competition and Rifle Match. Third Place Overall is pretty
good for our first competition. We had a great November meeting,
an outstanding Thanksgiving dinner and got a chance to meet more
parents, new and old acquaintances. Of importance this moment is
to have a successful Food Drive benefitting the Star of Hope Shelter.
This is our 13th year, so let’s do it big. The Food Drive ends November
22nd, and then we go right into our Christmas Toy/Pajama Drive
benefitting the DePelchin Children’s Center through December 16th. It
is a great service you do for these organizations and for the good of the
community. During this time, we must get ready for District Inspection
which is only nine weeks away, not a lot of time. Let us maintain our
focus, enjoy the holidays, but stay committed to study your knowledge
and be ready for our Annual District Inspection. Questions, call LTC
